We are a family owned restaurant that has decided to focus on the Castilian kitchen. This traditional way of cooking is based on excellent roasts of lamb and sucking-pig cooked on a firewood oven, as well as delicious charcoal grilled steaks. Our knowledge comes from the education received from the great chefs of the area of Segovia.
We have experience in restaurants for more than thirty years. We started feeling attraction for this type of firewood oven cooking a long time ago, and because of this feeling, we decide to start this business in 2009. This is a new and exclusive offer in the privileged area of the Sierra of Madrid.
Our chefs prepare in front of our clients a great number of plates cooked in firewood oven and charcoal grill.
